Over 10 years of clinical experience in chiropractic care
We have been the first chiropractic clinic in Kota Damansara since 2016. Having treated thousands of patients over the years, you can be confident that the exceptional quality of care we provide will never be compromised.

We are NOT a “high volume” practice.
A high-volume practice refers to a style of practice that treats a large number of patients regularly. While this allows for efficiency and increased revenue, it can sometimes lead to shorter appointment times and less personalized care for each patient.
Our aim is to first understand every patient’s unique issue, only then we are able to treat their condition effectively. Understandably, this takes more time and effort on our end. You should expect first appointments to take about 40 mins - 1 hour, while follow-ups to take up 20 mins - 30 mins per session. This allows us ample time to assess, treat, and at the end - address any questions that you may have.

Meet Our Clinician
Kenny Lim is a dedicated chiropractor committed to helping individuals achieve optimal health through evidence-based treatments and personalized care. Graduating from the International Medical University (IMU) in 2014 with full Merit Awards for all semesters, he has accumulated over 10 years of clinical experience, refining a deep understanding of musculoskeletal health and rehabilitation.
In practice, Kenny utilizes the Diversified Technique alongside adjunctive therapies such as Trigger Point Therapy, Cross-Friction Massage, and Active Release. With a strong background in strength and conditioning, gained from more than 10 years of strength and conditioning, he brings a comprehensive approach to each patient's care, addressing both movement and recovery. This knowledge is used to help patients not only heal but also regain strength and mobility.
While Kenny is known for maintaining a high regard for professionalism in his practice, he is also approachable and down-to-earth with his patients. Outside of his clinical work, he spends most of his free time in the gym - which he calls it his “habitat”.
